Lovely local bike shop with a decent range of brands and helpful staff

Very poor customer service. Purchased the bicycles for grandchildren. Poorly constructed. Unsafe and no assistance offered. Would no use the shop again. Assistant devoid of any expertise or knowledge of children or family needs.
